Antoine Griezmann was their number one target, but the Frenchman has ruled out a move away from Atletico Madrid. Neymar has also been linked with an Old Trafford switch, but the Brazilian appears happy at Barca.
Wenger is keen on shipping Alexis abroad, with Juventus or PSG his likely destination. Given Robin van Persie’s unforgettable move from Arsenal to Man United, Gooners wouldn’t be able to handle seeing another one of their star players in a Red Devils jersey.
