As for Porto, they experienced a managerial change mid-season and ultimately finished in third spot. Nuno Espírito Santo, who has been in charge since June, oversaw a successful pre-season in which the team won four, lost one, and drew one in their six warm-up fixtures. The visitors will have quite a lot on their minds coming into this game, as next up for them is a tough Champions League play-off tie against Roma next Wednesday.
