Reus will not play against Gibraltar and Spain after coming down with an injury in Borussia Dortmund's last Bundesliga match against Moenchengladbach

It seems Marco Reus' ankle will continue giving a hard time to him. After Sunday's match against Borussia Moenchengladbach, the German National team confirmed through a press release that the player will not be available for the team's games in this international break.

"Marco Reus will have to sit out the final two internationals of the year. The Germany international and Borussia Dortmund star is suffering from a torn ligament and tendon as well as a swollen ankle,"read a statement on the German Football Association's official website.

Earlier this year, Reus injured his left ankle before this summer's World Cup, forcing him to miss Germany's victory in Brazilian territory.

The German website revealed that Reus could be back on the pitch for Dortmund's next match against Paderborn on November 22, while stating no one has been called up to substitute the wingman.
