The Uruguayan striker wasn't able to impress the voting panel and failed to make the top of the list.

Fans were appalled by having Luis Suárez snubbed in recent years from the Ballon D'Or race. Now, the Uruguayan's supporters may have more cause to believe in conspiracy theories, as the Barcelona ace was snubbed from the Top 10 contenders to win the coveted award.

Here's how France Football announced Suárez's 13th spot in the 30-man shortlist.
