John Terry's historical career at Chelsea will end this Sunday...as well as his footballing career altogether.
The English center back admitted that calling it quits from football is still a possibility, even though he still has some gas left in his tank.
Speaking to Sky Sports after Monday's clash, Terry admitted his family will play a key role in his decision.
"I haven't ruled out the possibility of retirement after Sunday's game. I haven't made up my mind yet, and I have to study all the options I have right now," Terry stated.
Chelsea's most laureated player revealed that he would agree to play for another EPL team if he's given the option.
"If I get a good offer, whether it is from abroad or domestic, I would consider it. I'll decide everything with my family," the player added.
Before the interview concluded, Terry showed gratitude to the club and all his team-mates, revealing he's satisfied after what will be his final season with the Blues.
"I couldn't have asked for a better ending. To leave this club as a champion and in the hands of such great players, a top-caliber coach and a great owner, it's just incredible, it's been better than I thought," Terry concluded.
Aside from Sunday's EPL game, Chelsea still has to play the FA Cup final against Arsenal. That game could be the final match in John Terry's career with the London-based club.
