Jeremy Mathieu
The center-back has resumed training with Los Blaugrana after picking up a muscle injury late last month. He was expected to be sidelined for at least two months but he could feature in the Spanish derby if he passes a late fitness days. He has missed eight matches for Luis Enrique’s side, which totals to around 40 days.
Samuel Umtiti
Spanish publication SPORT claims that the new signing has resumed training with the Spanish giants ahead of El Clasico after shaking off a hamstring injury he picked earlier this month. He has so far missed four matches but he could start on Wednesday when Barca face Hercules in the Copa del Rey. Luis Enrique could use this match to assess his fitness level before deciding whether he should play on Saturday.

Andres Iniesta
UPDATE: Barcelona manager Luis Enrique has confirmed that the Spanish midfield kingpin is already training with the league defending champions and will be available for selection in El Clasico. Sky Sports quotes the manager as saying:
"Andres is waiting to be given the all clear by the doctors but this is just a formality. He is fit and he has been training with us. He is available for selection."
