Chelsea certainly have their work cut out for them as they welcome PSG to Stamford Bridge tomorrow.

The Blues will have to overturn a 3-1 loss in order to proceed to the semi-finals of the Champions League, something that's easier said than done.

Jose Mourinho has come under fire for vocally slamming his own players in the press, and now Barcelona legend Johan Cruyff has added his voice to those not impressed with the Portuguese manager's attitude.

Too negative? Cryuff feels the Blues manager's approach is self-serving and lacks concern about his own players

"When things go badly, he's quick to blame the players, but when things are going well, he makes it appear as if it's [solely] because of his own good work," the former Netherlands international stated to De Telegraaf.

"That's why he lost [the faith] of the dressing room at Real Madrid, and I can see the same happening at Chelsea. He's more focused on short-term results and not his players."

Poor man management skills? Cruyff is less than impressed with Mourinho's tenure so far with Chelsea

However, despite this, the self-appointed 'Special One' has enjoyed success in Portugal, Italy, Spain, and England, winning league titles in each country and two champions leagues with Porto and Inter.

Many of his players, notably Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Didier Drogba, have spoken highly of Mourinho, so perhaps all is not as foul within the Chelsea locker room as Cruyff might think?
