With the UEFA Euro 2016 tournament just around the corner, one of the top candidates to take the prize home will try to solve a few doubts prior to their debut. Spain's main goal with this match will be handing each and everyone of their players a fighting chance for a starting spot, and facing Georgia could prove to be crucial for some of La Roja's members.
Coach Vicente del Bosque has two items in his immediate agenda that need to be sorted out. The first and most controversial one, which goalkeeper will be handed the gloves for the first Euro 2016 match. Iker Casillas and David De Gea are battling each other to earn the starting nod, with fans and experts demanding a change, but it seems Del Bosque will rely on Casillas' experience one more time.
The second order of business will be sorting out the name of the striker that will lead Spain's frontline. Alvaro Morata and Aritz Aduriz have shown their credentials all year long, and the match against the Georgians could be their last chance to impress "El Bigotón". Furthermore, the team's midfield may be subject to some adjustments, with Andres Iniesta, Cesc Fábregas and even Koke fighting for a spot in the starting XI.
As for the away team, coach Vladimir Weiss will try to give some of his young talents the chance to shine in the international spotlight. Although the days of Khakha Kaladze have come and gone, this team will try to provide a good sparring session for the heavily-favoured Spanish side.

This will be the third match between these teams. Spain has claimed a couple of victories in those games, scoring three times and keeping a clean sheet in both of them.
