Mourinho will lead a star-studded lineup consisting of Three Lions legends and English celebrities in Sunday's game.

Sunday, June the fifth will see the sixth edition of the Soccer Aid match commence, as the biennial charity match is due to be held at Old Trafford. Some of the beautiful game’s biggest names in history will take to the pitch, with England and the Rest of the World set to do battle at Man United’s famous home ground.

Star-studded starting XI – who’s playing on Sunday?

England XI:

The weekend clash will be the very first time that Jose Mourinho steps into Old Trafford as manager of Manchester United, having been named as Louis Van Gaal’s successor. However, the Special One’s first game as Red Devils boss will have to wait.

The Portuguese tactician will be in charge of the England squad, alongside the feisty Sam Allardyce, whilst the likes of Robbie Williams and Bradley Walsh join them on the management bench.

At England’s disposal will be some of their biggest players, though none of their current stars will take to the pitch. Legendary Arsenal goalkeeper David Seaman will be in between the sticks for Jose Mourinho’s side, and will have a familiar face as center-back in the form of former Gunners team-mate Sol Campbell.

The man who infamously left Tottenham for their bitter north London rivals will be joined by fellow English Premier League legends, as Phil Neville and Jamie Carragher join Campbell in defense.

Sunderland hero Jermain Defoe is one of few active players set to represent England, after being left out of Euro 2016, and will be joined in attack by Liverpool legend Robbie Fowler.

Several English celebrities will take part in Sunday’s game, with Louis Tomlinson of One Direction set to return. The singer will be joined by the likes of Olly Murs, Damian Lewis, and Marvin Humes , just to name a few.

Rest of the World XI:

England’s opposition will be led by the manager who won the most recent Premier League crown, with Leicester City boss Claudio Ranieri chosen as boss. The Tinkerman will be joined by Niall Horan of One Direction on the managerial bench.

Ranieri’s side will be graced by many World Cup winners, as the likes of Cafu, Dida, and former Barcelona superstar Ronaldinho represent the Brazilian winning side of 2002. The list of World Cup winners doesn’t stop there, as the Italian captain from the Azzurri’s 2006 success Fabio Cannavaro will be at the heart of The Rest of the World’s defense.

The likes of Edgar Davis and Samuel Eto’o will add flare further up the pitch, whist Dimitar Berbatov will be tasked with finding the back of the net. They will be joined by famous celebrities such as Matthew Morrison and Michael Sheen, whilst Rugby players will also take part in the form of Gareth Thomas and Thom Evans.
