The Brazilian top-flight continues after five weeks and some postponed fixtures. Keep track of all those being played this weekend here.

The first month of action in the Brazilian Serie A has come and gone, and fans around the world are already discussing some of the top moments they have witnessed in the tournament.

The top spot of the table has not been held by any club for more than a weekend. Last week, Botafogo were the leaders with a decent record, but now the first place of the competition belongs to Athletico-PR, who have worked in the shadows to win three of their five matches so far.

The competition has also been hit by the intense floods in the South end of the country, forcing the Brazilian Confederation to postpone some games. Fans and authorities have urged the entity to stop the tournament until this emergency is sorted out, but the CBF will only discuss such a scenario until May 27.

Even if it's still early in the tournament, there are some teams who have to be worried about their performance. Surprisingly, Vasco da Gama and Fluminense are included in that list after winning only one of their games, respectively. Nonetheless, there are other teams such as Vitoria, Atlético Goianense, and Cuiabá, who are still looking for their first win, and in case they cannot add some of those to their current record, then they will be in for a serious problem once we hit the halfway point of the league.

This week's fixtures will feature a mix of clubs that have won a fair share of points and other matches with teams that have struggled to impress. Before we go deeper into those, let us get a glimpse of the table and how you can follow all matches that will unfold this weekend.
