PSG superstar Angel di Maria is one of the world’s finest playmakers; none can deny that. The Argentine can challenge, if not beat, the likes of Toni Kroos and an in-form Mesut Ozil – missing since last season.
Di Maria has struggled to score, though, this campaign in Ligue 1. He last found the back of the net in November during a 2-0 win over Nantes, sparking a three-month goal drought.
However, the Argentine put an end to his goalless run on Friday. He scored in the 3-0 triumph over Bordeaux courtesy of a Marco Verratti assist.
And the manner in which Di Maria scored was simply exquisite, chipping the ball over the helpless goalkeeper. Watch it in the video below.
