Analysis
Having beaten La Liga defending champions Barcelona 3-1 in midweek at the Etihad Stadium, Pep’s men would want to use this result as the beginning of their resurgence. But the newly-promoted visitors are also on a mission to get back to winning ways – and the return of former City player Alvaro Negredo, who currently plays for Boro is the main talking point of this clash.

And considering the fact that City have only won four of their last 20 games against Boro, this is expected to be yet another difficult outing for Pep, and a surprise result for Boro. A win for the visitors could be the most likely result.
