Alli’s action did not sit well with both Dejan Lovren and Andrew Robertson, with the Croat now taking to Instagram to troll the Three Lions ace. Posting a picture of him and his fellow Liverpool defender angrily towering over Dele, he wrote: “Robo I will tell him.”
This is the third time this season that the Spurs ace has been booked for diving. He is quickly making a name for himself as a diver, with many football fans turning against the 21-year-old.
Next up for Pochettino’s side is an FA Cup replay against Newport County followed by the North London Derby. Tottenham fans would easily forgive his constant simulation if he helps beat Arsenal at Wembley Stadium in the weekend.
