Another round of Ligue 1 action is done and dusted, and there were indeed some surprising results that made some fans sit up and take notice. Although it didn't change the standings much, one side did make some slight waves thanks to their impressive performance against a French footballing giant.
Let's have a look at what went down on matchday 15.
Bordeaux does what no one else has done so far
Bordeaux may not have been able to beat PSG, but they should be very proud of themselves nonetheless. Why? Because they are the first side to stop Les Parisiens this season. Thanks to a late equalizer, Bordeaux are the first team to nick a point off Thomas Tuchel's team, and prevented Les Parisiens from making it 15 straight wins by holding them to a 2-2 draw.
PSG are still unbeaten this term, but dropped points for the first time all campaign. Like Juventus over in Serie A, they enjoy a huge lead on top of the table, but their slip-up was against a team no one expeced it to happen against.
Goals, goals, and more goals for Neymar
He's tipped with a return back to La Liga, but Neymar continues to make his mark on Ligue 1 in the interim. The Brazilian superstar opened the scoring for PSG during the 2-2 draw with Bordeaux, and is highly involved in an interesting battle with teammates Edinson Cavani and Kylian Mbappe for top scorer in the French top flight.
But when it comes to scoring goals at a rapid rate in a short amount of time, Neymar rules supreme:
30 - Neymar has scored 30 goals in Ligue 1 after only 32 games, a record in Ligue 1 over the last 45 seasons. Turbo. @PSG_English pic.twitter.com/Ta7k7NBuCs

Scoring first doesn't always mean you win
At least, in the case of Rennes. Unfortunately for them, they tend to race into an early lead, but it doesn't always pan out and currently they sit in 14th spot in the table, with just one win from their last five games.
12 - No team have scored the opening goal more often than Rennes in Ligue 1 this season (12 - level with Paris), but Britons have won only 36% of their previous games in which they scored the first goal in 2018/19 (4/11). Febrile. #SRFCRCSA pic.twitter.com/a07Fs4RkSE

DID YOU KNOW?
84.9% - Walter Benitez has saved 84.9% of the shots he has faced in Ligue 1 2018/19, only Alisson (85.3%) has done better in the Top 5 European leagues this season (min. 10 games). Wall. pic.twitter.com/SMXYZUtWj8

An amazing track record
