On Friday, Chelsea enjoyed an unforgettable 1-0 win over West Brom. Not only did the victory earn them three points, but it also saw the Blues be crowned Premier League champions.
Celebrations kicked off, as Michy Batshuayi late goal was enough to see Conte’s men end their race with Spurs. And the London giants clinched the title with two games to spare.
After the final whistle, the players celebrated the club’s fifth Premier League title in front of the away fans. The supporters, forgetting about the nightmares of last season, sang out loud as they players threw their manager up into the air.
