El Clasico had to be stopped for a couple of minutes in the first half on April 23 as Lionel Messi received treatment for a nasty injury on his mouth. La Pulga had collided with Real Madrid left-back Marcelo in the 21st minute of the game.
The Argentine legend had to be taken off the pitch to receive further treatment. But despite the injury, he still came back and scored Barcelona's equalizer to cancel out Casemiro's opener for the hosts. Check out the photos below:
