Sometimes you have to wonder what's going on inside Portuguese defenders' heads.
During the friendly match between England and Portugal, center back Bruno Alves became the talk of the day for all the wrong reasons. Right at the 35-minute mark, Harry Kane tried to collect a loose ball and head straight to Portugal's box, but Alves came out of nowhere and tried to strip Kane from the ball with a high-flying kick. The result? A gruesome tackle that left the ref no choice but to send the defender off.
