With club legend John Terry in danger of ending his 21-year affiliation with Chelsea, the London giants could possibly see another integral figure of the Blues’ starting eleven walk out the door.
According to interim manager, Belgian superstar Eden Hazard could exit Stamford Bridge at the end of the current 2015-16 season, despite the departure of Jose Mourinho whom the former Lille ace had a turbulent relation with.
The 25-year-old had recently ended his long goal drought, scoring for the first time in 273 days during his side’s 5-1 win over MK Dons in the FA Cup; nonetheless, Hiddink admits that Hazard has struggled – with injuries in particular – this campaign.

"It’s not up to me – it’s up to the club," revealed Hiddink. "My advice to Eden is he could be a Chelsea great for years to come – but he could leave in the summer.
"He’s of big value to Chelsea – a very important player, a nice player. But he’s been struggling with injuries for a while now."
