Despite having a solid World Cup with the Netherlands this summer, Robin Van Persie has struggled to replicate the same form for Manchester United.
Although he continues with his working relationship with Louis Van Gaal from his spell with the Oranje, the 31-year-old has been out of sorts and has seen his form dip alarmingly since the start of the season.
Well, it appears that he may be getting back on track. After Didier Drogba's header to put Chelsea ahead after a scoreless first half, Van Persie popped up with a crucial equalizer literally in the last moment of the game. It was a fitting ending to what had been an entertaining 90 minutes for fans and neutrals alike. Even more interesting was the fact that often trolled midfielder Marouane Fellaini was involved in the buildup as his attempt was saved by Thiabut Courtois before the Dutch striker latched onto the rebound.
Have a look at some of the reactions to RVP's last-gap equalizer below and a bit of trolling, too:

Last minute United goal and Van Persie and Drogba score? Nothing has changed in last 10 years.
