The Costa Rican, who is officially an Arsenal player yet has yet to feature, is reportedly on the radar of the Serie A side.

Although he has yet to feature for his parent club, Costa Rican attacker Joel Campbell is still hopeful that he will get his chance this season.

The 22-year-old had a largely impressive campaign with his national side, scoring his team's first goal to equalize against Uruguay in their 3-1 group stage win and converting his spot-kick to finally see off Greece in the round of 16.

However, when signed by Arsenal in 2011, he apparently lacked the proper papers to commence work in England and so as a result had spent a season each with Ligue 1 side Lorient and La Liga's Real Betis. Yet despite getting authorization in 2013, he again was sent on loan, this time with Greek outfit Olympiakos.

High hopes: Despite being a Gunners player since 2011, the Costa Rican has never featured for Arsene Wenger's men and aspires to have a more stable future as opposed to always being on loan

Nonetheless, as per English publication Metro, the attacker is still hopeful of finally getting his chance in London this summer after his post World Cup holiday.

However, Italian reports claim that Milan are tracking him closely as they search for a quality winger, and could guarantee him the chance of consistent first-team football at one home, as opposed to bouncing around from club to club each season.

The only downside is that the Rossoneri are not appearing in any kind of European competition next season after their poor domestic campaign last season, something that may not be appealing to a player who had a chance to show off his skills on the world stage this summer.
