Competitions available on Canal+ Sport

2024-2027
Canal Plus has acquired French pay-TV broadcast rights for the UEFA Champions League in a three-year deal from 2024-25 until the end of the 2026-27 season. Canal Plus’ contract with UEFA for multi-competition TV rights is worth slightly over $500 million annually, including the UEFA Europa League and the UEFA Europa Conference League.
Subscribers in France have their pick of several Champions League live streaming and TV broadcast packages; they can choose by paying as they go per month or signing up for a full 24-month contract. These range from Canal Plus’s most basic option, which gives fans access to either broadcast or live stream one UEFA Champions League match played on Wednesdays, to more comprehensive options, providing viewers with full access to games played throughout a match week.
Additional Champions League programs are available to stream on-demand, such as full match replays, game summaries, and goal highlights - all accessible on Canal Plus’s website or via the myCanal app. Subscribers can watch and stream Champions League content live and on-demand in France using their smartphones (Android and iOS), computers, tablets, smart TVs, and select gaming consoles.
More details
Before this current deal, Canal Plus shared some of its Champions League broadcast rights with beIN Sports France in an arrangement that saw the network have the first-choice pick of 34 Champions League matches per season. Under its new broadcast deal with UEFA, Canal Plus televises and live-streams all Champions League matches via its family of linear channels (Canal+ Live Channels 1 through 18, Canal+ Foot, and Canal+ Sport) as well as via its corresponding mobile streaming app myCANAL.Subscribers in France have their pick of several Champions League live streaming and TV broadcast packages; they can choose by paying as they go per month or signing up for a full 24-month contract.
