Uganda Premier League geschiedenis, opzet, organisatie, media-aandacht
De Uganda Premier League, voorheen bekend als de Uganda Super League, is het hoogste niveau van het Ugandese voetbalsysteem. De competitie werd opgericht in 1968 en wordt beheerd door de Federation of Uganda Football Associations.
Er strijden 16 teams in de competitie, die werkt met een promotie- en degradatiesysteem met de Ugandan Big League. De competitie wordt parallel georganiseerd met de Ugandan Cup en de Super 8.
