De Australia Cup, voorheen bekend als de FFA Cup, is de belangrijkste nationale voetbalbekercompetitie van Australië. Opgericht in 2014, wordt dit toernooi beheerd door Football Australia, voorheen bekend als de Football Federation Australia.

De Australia Cup volgt een zomer-tot-lente schema, waarbij de competitie in februari begint en eindigt in september of november. Het toernooi start met een voorronde waarin meer dan 700 clubs uit de Australische voetbalpiramide deelnemen. De eigenlijke competitie begint echter met de ronde van 32.

In eerdere edities kwalificeerden A-League Men-clubs zich automatisch voor de ronde van 32. Momenteel nemen slechts 10 eerstedivisieclubs deel: de top acht van het vorige A-League seizoen kwalificeert zich direct, terwijl de onderste vier strijden in play-offs voor de twee resterende plaatsen (9e tegen 12e en 10e tegen 11e). De overige 22 deelnemers bestaan uit Member Federation Clubs, teams uit de tweede divisie of lager.

Het toernooi volgt een knock-outformat, met wedstrijden die als enkelvoudige ontmoetingen worden gespeeld (de winnaar gaat door, de verliezer ligt eruit). Loten bepalen de wedstrijden van de ronde van 32 tot en met de halve finales.

Vanaf 2024-25 kwalificeert de winnaar van de Australia Cup zich voor de AFC Champions League Two. Echter, Nieuw-Zeelandse clubs zoals Wellington Phoenix en Auckland FC zijn niet gerechtigd om deel te nemen aan AFC clubcompetities en vormen dus de uitzonderingen.

A-League Men-teams hebben de competitie grotendeels gedomineerd, met Adelaide United die de inaugurele titel in 2014 won tegen Perth Glory. Perth Glory bereikte het jaar daarop opnieuw de finale, maar verloor van Melbourne Victory. Sydney FC en Macarthur FC hebben ook opmerkelijk succes geboekt, waarbij Macarthur de beker tweemaal won binnen vier jaar na hun A-League debuut in 2020-21.

De Australia Cup kent twee individuele onderscheidingen. De eerste is de Mark Viduka Medal, vernoemd naar de voormalige aanvoerder van het Australische nationale team, die wordt uitgereikt aan de beste speler van de finale. Daarnaast wordt de Michael Cockerill Medal uitgereikt aan de best presterende Australia Cup-speler van een Member Federation Club.
