The 2022 FIFA World Cup Qualifiers in CONMEBOL will continue to delight fans all over the world with its their intense brand of football, especially after what went down during the first two games held by each team last month.
Brazil and Argentina were the only teams to go two-for-two in October, while Colombia and Paraguay complete the list of teams that remain unbeaten in the tournament that will hand four World Cup spots for South American countries, with one playoff spot also up for grabs. On the other side of the table, Venezuela and Bolivia have not been able to earn any points, which means that both sides really need to step it up if they want to keep their chances alive.

Matchday 3 (November 12-13)
Must-watch game: Argentina vs Paraguay
Lionel Messi and Co. were off to a good start back in October when it comes to points, but fans want more from La Albiceleste, as the tactics displayed by the team were not as impressive as they would expect given the talent included in the squad. Coach Lionel Scaloni listened to their demands and decided to include PSG winger Angel Di María, who has been considered one of the most effective players for the Argentine side in recent memory. Unfortunately for Scaloni, the team will not have Angel Correa or Sergio "Kun" Agüero around for this game, which means that Messi will have to carry the team's weight on his shoulders, something that has not worked always worked out fine for the two-time world champions.
As for Paraguay, Argentine coach Eduardo Berizzo will try to make the most out of this trip, with players such as Richard Sánchez, Darío Lezcano, Tony Sanabria, and Miguel Almirón calling the shots for La Albirroja. Unfortunately for Berizzo, defender Bruno Valdez has been ruled out until 2021 due to a knee injury, which will represent a tough blow for the Paraguayans when Berizzo is naming his starting lineup.

Must-watch game: Uruguay vs Brazil
La Celeste was shocked by Ecuador in their last outing, where two dubious penalties in stoppage time made their 4-2 loss against La Tricolor a little less embarrassing. Uruguay can't afford to stay in sixth place, and they will surely try to earn their second home win of the South American Qualifiers even if they have to play against the most dangerous side in the Southern Hemisphere.
As for Brazil, coach Tite will also have to battle through injuries and absences caused by the coronavirus pandemic. Fabinho, Philippe Coutinho, and David Neres have been left out due to injury, while defender Eder Militao and Casemiro were diagnosed with COVID-19 and thus were left out of the squad. As for those players present in Tite's call up, Neymar will try to get closer to Pelé as A Canarinha's all-time top scorer, even if that means trying to beat one of the best defensive units in South American football.
