The Belgian attacker added to his assists count for the season in Sunday's win over Fulham.

Chelsea's Eden Hazard entered the club's record books after providing the assist for the game-winner in Sunday's trip to Fulham.

With 81 goals and 50 assists to his name since he moved to the Premier League in 2013, the 28-year-old Belgian playmaker joins Frank Lampard and Didier Drogba as the only three players in Chelsea's history to score and assist 50 goals or more.

Eden Hazard will also go down in history as the player to assist Jorginho for his first-ever Chelsea goal. The ex-Napoli midfielder's strike proved to be the difference at the break after Calum Chambers had equalized Gonzalo Higuain's 20th-minute strike in the 27th-minute.

While he may have landed himself in the company of two Chelsea greats, Hazard has a lot more work to do if he intends to bridge the chasm between them. During their respective stints at Chelsea, Frank Lampard accrued 146 Premier League goals and 90 assists while Drogba bagged 100 goals and 55 assists.

In the ongoing campaign, Hazard has registered 12 goals and 11 assists. Sunday's win for Chelsea also took Chelsea two points within a top-four spot with a game in-hand.
