Mauro Icardi reached an all-new milestone as Inter Milan crashed out of this season's UEFA Champions League following their draw with PSV on Tuesday. The Argentine forward became the first player in the history of the Nerrazzuri to score in each of his first three home games in the European competition.
The 25-year-old rose the highest to head home a superb equalizer after Hirving Lozano had given the host the lead inside the first 17 minutes. Here is how the Inter captain gave his side a glimpse of hope:

However, with Inter unable to grab another goal after Icardi's, the Serie A outfit was eliminated from the Champions League following Spurs' late heroics at Camp Nou. The English outfit needed to better or level their Italian counterpart's result at the Phillips Arena and successful managed to do so via Lucas Moura's 85th-minute strike.
The Brazilian, who started on the bench, directed a cross from Harry Kane past Barcelona's Ter Stegen with his head. Watch the goal below:

With the feat canceling out Ousmane Dembele's brilliant solo-goal in the first half, Tottenham Hotspur subsequently consolidated its second position in Group B behind Barcelona, demoting Inter to the Europa League.
