As for Sporting CP, they have won their last three domestic fixtures, but have slipped into third spot. Unlike their upcoming foes, Jorge Jesus's side are still very much alive in European competition, as they face a Europa League round of 16 tie against Czech outfit Viktoria Plzen next week. However, it goes without saying that the visitors will be under more pressure to pick up maximum points here - as any further slip-ups could see them cut even more adrift of Benfica and current league leaders Porto.
