With Gareth Bale struggling with injuries in his last few seasons with Los Merengues, the Welshman’s position is also not safe. Karim Benzema has been a huge disappointment this season and will also be put up for sale, meaning this could be the last season for their once-feared BBC trio.
The list does not stop there, as Luka Modric could be allowed to leave for the right money despite his importance to the squad. His midfield partnership with Toni Kroos has been influential, but the 32-year-old’s time in Madrid could be coming to an end nonetheless.
The reigning Champions League holder has their eyes set on a summer acquisition of Neymar despite the several obstacles. Wednesday’s meeting between Real Madrid and PSG in the Champions League could be the Brazilian’s last trip to the Bernabeu as an opponent.
