The Chilean ace is due back in north London for the upcoming Emirates Cup after being given an extended holiday due to the Confederations Cup, but fans should not be celebrating just yet.

Fernando Felicevich, the man who represents the 28-year-old, believes his client should stay in London for the upcoming season. The agent’s belief is that Sanchez will receive better terms should he leave as a free agent next summer, as his next club won’t have to spend millions to lure him away from Arsenal.
According to that report, the Citizens are ready to make Alexis their highest-paid player, overtaking the £220k-a-week package Sergio Aguero and Yaya Toure are on.
