Whenever you believe Chicharito is ready to leave the German top flight to join an MLS team, remember his agent's words.
Speaking to Fox Sports, the Mexican striker's agent Eduardo Hernández revealed that, even if some MLS teams have come forward to ask about his client's future, there has been no offer to have him joining the rising North American league.
In fact, Hernández labelled those rumors involving Chicharito with Los Angeles FC as "totally false", following an article claiming that Bayer Leverkusen's striker would join the new MLS franchise for $10M a year.
"Those amounts are not true. They're not even close to what the MLS can offer. There can be no mention of a bid or an economic proposal, because there hasn't been any," the agent stated.
Chicharito's second season at Bayer Leverkusen hasn't been as good as the first one, since he's struggled with injuries and a goal scoring drought that lasted for 100 days.

Eduardo Hernández also revealed that Chicharito's mind is set on living out his contract with Bayer Leverkusen, leaving the door open for an extension to keep playing with Die Werkself.
"His contract ends in 2018, and we're still waiting to hear from Bayer Leverkusen. We want to know what their plans are and the role Javier can play in them," his agent concluded.
The Mexican striker has scored 12 goals in all competitions for Bayer Leverkusen this season. The German club's had a hard time finding consistency this season, which ended up with Roger Schmidt's sacking last month. As of now, Die Werkself are ranked 12th in the Bundesliga, four points clear of the relegation spots.
