Despite struggling with form last season in Chelsea abysmal title defense, Antonio Conte can rest assured knowing his best business deal since arriving in England was holding on to Diego Costa.
The reason: his goalscoring form is one to be admired – even feared. The Spaniard continued to be clinical on Saturday when Leicester visited Stamford Bridge.
The Spaniard spearheaded the Blues attack, as he has done in wonderful fashion so far in this campaign. It took the former Atletico Madrid ace little time to leave his mark, breaking the deadlock after only seven minutes of play.

The strike increased his lead in the top-scorers’ chart, as it was his seventh goal this season – his fifth in as many games.
To put Costa’s contribution into perspective, he has had a hand in 50 English Premier League goals in 62 games, scoring 39 and assisting 11. Since debuting, only Sergio Aguero (55 goals) and Harry Kane (48) have found the back of the net more times.
