It will be a battle for bragging rights between Canada and the USWNT. Both nations have qualified for Rio 2016. They did that in pure style.
The USWNT swept away Costa Rica 5-0, narrowly edged Mexico 1-0 and demolished Puerto Rico 10-0 en route to the semis where Trinidad and Tobago proved to be no match at all.
Canada's national women's team had an easier group and they made the most of it by defeating Guyana 5-0, the Trinidadians 6-0 and Guatemala 10-0. They became the first side to qualify to the final thanks to a brace from Christine Sinclair which saw the Canadians beat Costa Rica 3-1.
