Neymar's skills proved to be key for Barcelona, as Aritz Aduriz scored Athletic's goal that keeps their hopes alive for the series' second leg. The Brazilian ace added one more goal to his impressive stats this season, nettiing his 20th goal of the year in 25 games.

His stats in Copa del Rey matches are also impressive, scoring ten goals in eleven outings. Furthermore, the Brazilian is one goal short from scoring his 75th goal for Los Blaugranas in 117 games.
