England international Jamie Vardy scored a beautiful goal against Manchester United to set a new premier League record.

The goal, which was scored on the 24th minute of the match, confirmed that the Leicester man was the first Premier League player to score in 11 consecutive goals. Before the beautiful counter-attack goal, the 28-year-old was level with former Manchester United player Ruud Van Nistelrooy, who had managed to score in 10 consecutive league games for the Red Devils.

The on-form England international has proved that his goal-scoring pree is not a matter of good luck but pure talent and brilliance. Thanks to his ruthlessness in front of goal, no other team in the Premier League has lost fewer games than Leicester City. Apart from van Nistelrooy's record of scoring in 10 games in a row in the Premier League, Liverpool's Daniel Sturridge is the only other player who came close to achieving the same fate, having scored 8 goals in a row.
