De First Division League (FDL) is het tweede niveau van professioneel voetbal in Saoedi-Arabië. De First Division League staat onder de Saudi Professional League en boven de Saudi Second Division in het Saoedische voetbalsysteem. Alle FDL-clubs kwalificeren zich voor de King Cup, de jaarlijkse Saoedische bekercompetitie.
Het aantal clubs in de competitie is door de geschiedenis heen veranderd, meest recentelijk in het seizoen 2018–19, toen het aantal clubs toenam van 16 naar 20. Sinds het seizoen 2019–20 promoveren drie clubs uit de First Division rechtstreeks naar de Pro League; daarentegen degraderen vier clubs rechtstreeks naar de Second Division.
