Coronavirus: 2020 Concacaf Women's U-17 Championship suspended

Uncertainty over how long the Coronavirus pandemic will last forced Concacaf to suspend competitions including its 2020 Women’s Under-17 Championships.
The bi-annual tournament was supposed to take place in Toluca, Mexico from May 1 to May 10.  Furthermore, the 2020 Concacaf Futsal Championships was the other competition hit by a suspension.
