Lucas Moura's hat-trick capped a massive comeback for Pochettino's men, who scored all goals in 40 minutes.

The UEFA Champions League final will have two Premier League teams fighting for the coveted title for the first time since 2008. Liverpool and Tottenham will take their rivalry to the ultimate stage in European football, but that does not mean that their accomplishments prior to that game will go unnoticed. Today's game will forever be remembered as one of the most exciting semi-final matches of all time, and there will be some facts to support that statement.

First off, the man of the hour for Tottenham sealed his spot in history. Lucas Moura became the second player in history to score a hat-trick in a UEFA Champions League semi-final match away from home. Added to that, he managed to join a rather exclusive list of players.

The city of London will also have cause for celebration, since their teams are now over any other European city when talking about UEFA Champions League finalists.

Last, but not least, Moura's goal will also go down in history as the latest goal to grant any team a spot in the tournament's final.
