With this development, the Argentine ace may be ready to make a comeback sooner than initially expected.

Lionel Messi keeps taking steps in his recovery from an arm injury, as he re-appeared in Barcelona's training sessions earlier today.

The Argentine ace picked up a nasty injury two weeks ago against Sevilla, when he landed with the full weight of his body on his right arm. The initial diagnosis urged Messi to rest for three weeks, but "La Pulga" could be back sooner than expected.

Messi was joined in Barcelona's training session by Gerard Piqué and Jordi Alba, two players that were given the chance to rest in tonight's match against Cultural Leonesa. With this development, November 11 may not be the date for Messi's comeback, since he's shown quite a bit of progress since he became injured.
