After beating bogey side Sassuolo 4-1 last weekend, Milan resume European action as they take on Olympiakos on matchday two. The Rossoneri scraped by to a narrow 1-0 win over minnows Dudelange thanks to a goal from Gonzalo Higuain as they hope to finish their group stage campaign top of their quartet and improve on their round of 16 exit from last season.
Olympiakos, meanwhile drew 0-0 against Betis, meaning that Milan are currently the Group F leaders and could further enhance their advantage with another win today. Although the two sides have not met on the European stage in nearly 60 years, Olympiakos did beat Milan 3-0 in an International Champions Cup friendly back in 2014, and given how Milan have not been the most consistent side, the visitors will certainly be hoping to spring an upset of sorts in Italy's fashion capital on Thursday evening.
