With a coaching change after just two games, the Americans have failed to be consistent, and thus have jeopardized their chances of making it to next year's World Cup.
Even so, a popular saying states that "the night is darker just before the dawn", and the dawn is coming for the USMNT. Starting on Tuesday, the United States have three games left, and as stats reveal, their chances of success against Honduras are good.
The balance between the USMNT and Honduras while playing in the Central American country gives the Stars & Stripes the upper hand with three wins, one draw and only one loss. Four of those games have taken place at the Honduran city of San Pedro Sula, with three games going the USMNT's way.
