Or maybe there were a bunch of Beatles' fans at Estadio Universitario's seats. Whatever the reason, André-Pierre Gignac earned a tribute like no other during Tuesday's Liga MX game.
The French striker scored two headers for the current Liga MX champions, helping them keep their choices of making it to the play-offs in time. Their season has been quite disappointing so far, especially after investing in a roster that included Gignac and Copa América champion Edu Vargas.
Gignac's 2nd goal during the final stretch of the game caused fans to celebrate wildly, especially due to the world-class finish by the French ace.

As the French striker celebrated his goal, fans began chanting the well-known tune, adding his last name to the end of the chorus in one of the best moments Liga MX has provided for football fans.
