Chelsea defender Kurt Zouma picked up a horrific knee injury against their Premier League rivals Manchester United at the Stamford Bridge. The injured Frenchman was carried off the pitch by the club’s medics. Chelsea are expected to release a statement about his injury, but from the look of things, the Frenchman could be out of action for a while, probably for the rest of the season.
The Blues confirmed that the 21-year-old was set to undergo a scan a day after picking up the injury to determine how long he would stay out of action.
Guus says Zouma will have a scan tomorrow. He is hopeful he won't be out for the rest of the season. #CFC
