The deal between Hang Maes and FIFA was agreed in March 2026 and includes the rights to all matches from the tournament, including the final on Sunday, 19 July in New Jersey. Hang Maes TV’s coverage of the FIFA World Cup is free-to-air, allowing for maximum viewership across Cambodia.

On top of live matches, Hang Maes TV is also covering the tournament extensively via the news broadcasts that regularly feature on the channel. These broadcasts include match highlights, reporters and interviews.
Match highlights are also set to be published on the Hang Maes TV YouTube channel, which has more than one million subscribers.
