BFM Lyon is a local French-language television channel in France that operates in the Lyon Metropolitan area.The channel was first launched back in 1998 as Tele Lyon Metropole, but it was rebranded as BFM Lyon in 2019, after it was bought by RMC BFM.
The role of BFM Lyon is to provide households in the Lyon Metropolitan area with a constant cycle of news broadcasts. It is available via Cable, ADSL or Fibre TV in France.
Live football has never been shown on BFM Lyon, but football fans in the local area can keep up to date on the latest sports news via the news broadcasts that run 24/7 on the channel. This includes updates on the Ligue 1 side, Lyon.
In addition to being available on linear TV, BFM Lyon can also be streamed via the BFM Lyon app, which can be downloaded for free onto all iOS and Android devices in France.
