STORY4 History, Coverage, Features

Story4 is a Hungarian television channel owned and operated by the Network 4 Group. The channel was launched on January 4, 2011 under the name Story5. The channel was rebranded in 2018, when it started airing content as Story4 on April 30 of that year. The channel’s main target audience are women between the ages of 18 and 49 years of age.

Over the years, Story4 has been known as an entertainment channel for women, although male viewers are also welcome. The channel’s programming has centered around soap operas, sitcoms, reality shows, news broadcasts, magazine shows, gossip shows, and drama series available to watch. While most of the content aired on this channel has been produced abroad and has even been aired in sister channel TV4, there have also been some domestic productions to increase its popularity in the country.

Story4 was launched as a Standard Definition channel, making it available in most regions of Hungary and other neighboring countries such as Serbia, where users can watch the channel via some satellite and pay-tv carriers.
