Cosmote Sport 7 is a Greek pay television channel owned and operated by the Hellenic Telecommunications Organization, also known as OTE. It was launched in 2013 under the name OTE Sport, a name that would last until 2016, when the channel was rebranded as Cosmote Sport 7. The network includes nine other channels that broadcast sports events all week long.

Over the years, Cosmote Sport 7 has been considered as an overflow channel that has been used to cover football competitions when the main channels that have covered such events are being used to broadcast other live competitions. The channel has been used to cover football events and motorsports competitions, but other disciplines may also be available on this channel, depending on how many events to which the channel has broadcasting rights are being aired live.

Speaking about football, Cosmote Sport 7 has offered overflow coverage for continental tournaments such as the UEFA Champions League and the UEFA Europa League.
