Malaysian commercial broadcaster Astro has secured Emirates FA Cup media rights in Malaysia and Brunei from 2024-25 to 2027-28. All FA Cup matches are covered on Astro’s linear and digital platforms. Subscribers can watch and stream matches after selecting the “Astro One Sports Pack” plan, which provides live coverage of games. All matches are shown in HD, with some select games available in 4K UHD.Streaming of matches is available using the Astro GO app, which is complimentary for subscribers. Fans in Malaysia can stream English FA Cup games live and on-demand on Astro GO simultaneously on up to two devices. However, if they wish to stream on more than two devices, the Astro GO+ service allows streaming on up to four devices simultaneously for an additional fee. Both streamers are compatible with Android and iOS mobiles and tablets, smart TVs (Android TV, LG, Samsung), and computers (PCs and Macs in web browsers).

Fans in Malaysia can watch 60 matches, either live or delayed, from the AFC Champions League each season through Astro Sports.The pay-TV broadcaster shows the biggest matches from the competition each game week across its string of linear TV channels and its app, Astro Go. The app can be downloaded for free onto iOS and Android devices, but users will need an active subscription to access live content from the AFC Champions League.
AFC Champions League coverage on Astro Sports is included in their sports pack. This can be purchased on either a monthly or annual basis.

W-Sport holds the broadcast rights to air National Women’s Soccer League matches across several European countries and Malaysia under an agreement from the 2024 season through the 2027 edition. As part of this deal, the Belgian network is authorized to broadcast one NWSL match per week via the Malaysian pay-TV provider Astro, either live or with a slight delay.The agreement also allows W-Sport to show highlights from the featured match or other significant games in the league. In Malaysia, live NWSL matches and highlights are available through the Astro GO app, which supports simultaneous viewing on two devices using a single account.
