Marcus Speller, Lawrence McKenna and Roman Kemp share their thoughts on who were the best footballers last year.

With all the controversy generated by FIFPro's Team of the Year, our pals from Football Daily took the challenge of putting together a more accurate team in terms of accomplishments and form. While the guys arrived to obvious conclusions such as including this year's Ballon D'Or nominees in their Team of the Year, they could not agree in key positions such as centerbacks.

Roman and Lawrence argued why Sergio Ramos should or should not be included in the team, since they believe his defensive skills are not what stand out the most about his game. Finally Lawrence's pick of Jerome Boateng and Diego Godin ended up being the couple elected by the trio.
