Kosovo club, KF Hajvalia, offered Luis Suarez a way to keep playing despite FIFA's ban.

In recent hours, an incredible story unfolded. Due to the ban imposed by FIFA on Luis Suarez for the deplorable act during the game between Italy and Uruguay, the Uruguayan will not be able to play for 4 months.

Because Kosovo is not a member of FIFA, the country’s Superleague is not governed by the rules or bans imposed by the international football association. Therefore, Suarez would be able to play with the side, despite the ban, until the punishment expires. However, the small club will not be able to match the South American’s current salary.

The Hajvalia Stadium may not compare to Anfield, but with 1000 capacity it provides a cozy atmosphere for supporters and players

In fact, the Kosovo club offered the recidivist biter £1200 a month, and £24000 to Liverpool. Suarez earns approximately £27000 a day with the English club, and will not be happy about the pay decrease. Hajvalia’s President, Xhavit Pacolli, said:

“As we are not part of Fifa yet, I think he can play in Kosovo […] This is the maximum we can offer. We offered 30,000 euros and a salary of 1500 for each month. This might sound ridiculous to him, but that is all we can do.”
