The 2023-24 Ligue 1 title battle carries on this weekend, and as things stand, PSG could be celebrating one more star to their resume by keeping away from a loss.
Luis Enrique's men will be playing the second game of the weekend in Ligue 1, and that will give them the chance of crown themselves as league champions with a win or a draw against Le Havre. With Brest losing two in a row and Monaco eleven points behind, only three points stand in the way of a new league title for PSG.
Speaking of the chasing pack, Monaco will not have an easy away game against Lyon, who still have a shot at playing European tournaments. Meanwhile, Brest will be facing Renns with the clear need to win the tie in search for a spot in next year's UEFA Champions League.
As for those battling to avoid relegation, Le Havre and Lorient are going toe-to-toe to avoid the promotion match, leaving Metz ahead of them only by one and two points, respectively. PSG vs Le Havre - The league leaders will seal another title-winning run with a win at home, and luckily for them, their next rival does not seem to represent a major threat to their cause. Les Parisiens will face Le Havre, a team that has lost eight of their last nine matches against them, including a two-nil win in their first clash this season. We know that anything can happen in world football, but if it was our money on the line, we would surely bet on PSG claiming the title this weekend.

Rennes vs Brest - The third-ranked team in the French top-flight will try to end a winless run that has damaged their options to win the title and even to see them qualifying to next season's Champions League. All things considered, the team led by Eric Roy will try to help its coach to win their first match against Rennes, one of the teams he has never been able to beat. Rennes get to this game on an unbeaten run of fourteen games against Brest, with the away side being able to beat their hosts for the last time in 2011.
